Megan Thee Stallion is looking to give back to the community after she graduates from Texan Southern University this fall.
The 26-year-old entertainer announced on Twitter that she plans to graduate this fall with a degree in health administration. She also wants to open an assisted living facility in her hometown, Houston.
Before rising to fame, she was a full-time student, but her new career forced her to go part-time.
Megan was inspired to continue college after her mother died from brain cancer in March 2019.
“I want to get my degree because I really want my mom to be proud,” she said, according to People. “She saw me going to school before she passed.”
