When two Dreamers lost their DACA status, they decided to cook up something that would bring people’s taste buds back to Mexico. Birria is a traditional Mexican meal originally from the state of Jalisco and it is the only type of meat that Leo and Victor serve out of their taco truck La Santa Torta.
